How Our Booking Works

We operate on a 90-day rolling window, meaning reservations open up to 90 days in advance. Availability is updated weekly, so check back regularly for newly released dates.

Ways to Book in Advance

Looking to secure your stay beyond 90 days? You can book early if:

• You’re a guest of one of our partner venues (Cambium Farms, Alton Mill, Erin Estate, Caledon Valley Estates).

• You book 3 nights or more.

• You’re a Caledon Ski Club member.

All advanced bookings require stays of 2 nights or more.

Pricing & Availability

Rates fluctuate based on the day of the week and time of year, with higher pricing on weekends and peak seasons.

Base Rates Per Suite (May - Oct 2025)

• Hawthorne – $780/night

• Norwood – $600/night

• Florian – $550/night

• Rhodes – $750/night

• Arden – $550/night

Prices may vary based on demand and special events like the 2025 RBC Canadian Open at Osprey Valley Golf Club.
