Jacqui’s journey is one of transformation and creativity. Her lifelong passion for creativity & craft led her to establish Soft Fire Ceramics, a pottery studio in a beautifully restored fieldstone church in Alton.

As co-founder of The Liberty Inn, Jacqui has brought her unique artistic touch and attention to detail to the property, playing an essential role in crafting its charm. Her meticulous attention to detail ensures that every corner of The Liberty Inn reflects warmth, elegance, and purpose.

After years as VP of Growth at Shopify, Bruno left the tech world to pursue a deeper connection to people and community. Inspired by the desire to help others reconnect with the real world, Bruno has dedicated himself to projects that create meaningful experiences. As co-founder of The Liberty Inn, Bruno brings his entrepreneurial spirit and passion for thoughtful hospitality to the business.

In addition to The Liberty Inn, Bruno co-owns The Cawaja General Store, a community-focused shop in Tiny, Ontario, and Super Magic Taste, a popular chili crisp sold in stores across Canada.

For Bruno, The Liberty Inn is more than a business—it’s a place where stories are shared, moments are cherished, and life’s beauty can be fully experienced.

OPERATIONS & GUEST-EXPERIENCE MANAGER

With a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Social Work, Daniela excels in ensuring every guest’s stay is seamless and stress-free. As the Operations and Guest Experience Manager, she oversees bookings, guest services, and day-to-day operations with warmth and precision. Daniela’s thoughtful approach and dedication to hospitality make every visitor feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they arrive.

GROUNDS & PROPERTY CARE

Julio, who holds a law degree from Mexico, plays a vital role in maintaining The Liberty Inn’s beautiful and serene outdoor spaces. Beyond property care, Julio is deeply involved in the creative side of the inn. He also supports operations of our local ceramics studio and crafted many of the tiles used throughout the building. His dedication ensures every detail, from the gardens to the interiors, reflects the inn’s commitment to beauty and quality.
