Tucked away in the quiet village of Alton, The Liberty Inn offers a restorative setting for small executive retreats and creative corporate offsites. With just five thoughtfully designed suites and a maximum capacity of 15 guests, our inn is best suited for intimate, purpose-driven gatherings where connection, creativity, and well-being are at the forefront.

While we don’t have a formal meeting room onsite, our nearby pottery studio—Soft Fire Ceramics—is available for team sessions, and The Alton Mill Arts Centre (just a 3-minute drive away) offers a more traditional meeting space equipped with AV setup if needed. Whether you're hosting strategic planning sessions, creative brainstorms, or quiet reflection time, this offsite is designed to help your team reset, refocus, and return inspired.

We offer a unique group experience with a private pottery workshop at Soft Fire Ceramics, led by Jacqui Liberty. Teams often find this hands-on activity to be the perfect counterbalance to meetings—an opportunity to collaborate in a relaxed, creative environment.

In between, your group can enjoy our Nordic spa area, featuring a cedar hot tub, Finnish sauna, and cold plunge, as well as the natural beauty of the surrounding trails and woodlands. Each suite includes handmade ceramics, a fireplace or garden view, and fridges stocked with complimentary breakfast items and refreshments.
